The dataset consists of 42 key informant interviews in December 2022 and April 2023, targeting users, administrators and generators of data related to REDD+ safeguards and effectiveness in Ethiopia. Interviewees come from the Federal, Provincial, Zonal, Woreda and Kebele levels. Questions include the way data is generated, reported, shared and accessed; opportunities and challenges in doing so; and capacity and resources needed to overcome existing challenges.
