Supporting summary data of the paper “Soil respiration and litterfall dynamics along a forest-to-oil palm plantation transition in an Indonesian peatland”

This dataset contains monthly measurements of soil respiration, litterfall, and environmental variables collected in Jambi, Indonesia, across a land-use transition from primary forest to degraded forest and oil palm plantations. Data were collected from soil collars, fertilization experiments, and litterfall traps to evaluate spatio-temporal variability in ecosystem carbon dynamics and the influence of vegetation structure and soil microtopography.
