Women farmer groups in North Labuhanbatu, North Sumatra are making the most of their home gardens and previously idle land by cultivating various horticultural crops such as papaya, katuk leaf, tubers, long beans, corn, and others. These productive efforts not only improve household food security but also generate significant additional income that helps support their families’ economy and well-being.
